Booking & Cancellation Policies:

All appointments by non-members must be made online and prepaid in full. 

Cancellations outside of 48 hours are eligible for 50% refund by calling or texting 304-651-7977

Cancellations inside of 48 hours or without notice are considered no call, no show and subject to full amount of prepayment. 

Appointments may not be made by non-members more than 60 days in advance.
